How to Order using Cheque or Money Order (preferred)

  1. Send an Email detailing your order to orders@mrsuitcase.com. In your order provide:
    1. Which products you wish to order.
    2. Your mailing address.
    3. Your payment preference - Cheque, Money Order, VISA/Mastercard
    4. Your currency preference.
  2. Within 48 hours, we will send you an invoice via Email or pdf format. Verify the contents of the invoice. A link to a secure site for credit card processing will be included. All invoices will include a shipping charge of $5.45 + $1.50 per extra item for expedited Canadian orders. Shipping charges vary for courier, U.S. or international requests.
  3. To Send you payment by cheque or money order, make it payable in your CDN or US currency choice via mail to:

4. Once we receive your payment, we will send your product once your payment clears (5-7 business days for personal cheques). We email you once payment has arrived, and again when your product ships.

 

Do you prefer to use VISA or MASTERCARD? We use paypal. Here's how it works

We will send you a request for payment via Paypal services. If you are not a paypal member yet, be aware that they will charge you a $2.00 USD membership fee for your first transaction. After you complete a transaction of sufficient size (currently $350 Cdn), they will reimburse you with $5.00 USD. See the paypal site for details.
